Sometimes it doesn't work out as planned and we are here to help. Please read our return & exchange policy below for instructions on how to start a return or repair.
We offer 14 day FREE returns! A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you.
Please pay special attention to the return and exchange policies below:
- Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All items must be sent back in the original packaging/jewelry boxes to ensure protection in transit.
- Refunds are not guaranteed but will be processed once all items are inspected.
- Lost packages due to incorrect addressing cannot receive a refund or exchange. We provide tracking on all shipments. Please ensure you provide accurate addresses.

Processing your refund
Upon receiving your item(s) the cost of the goods, minus the original shipping charges, will be refunded to the credit/debit originally used for the purchase. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Processing your exchange
Upon receiving your item(s) the cost of the goods, minus the original shipping charges, will be available for an exchange. Please list the item(s) and size that you wish to receive in exchange on the contact form. We will get in touch within 5 business days to confirm your exchange.

We will be happy to reply to your refund request during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MT Time and excluding holidays.
If you are in need of repairs to your well loved Sincerely jewelry please get in touch. Repairs begin with a base rate of $25 and a quote will be given based on what is needed. Contact us here and let us know how we can be of service.
